Why you should start your broadband order journey in Business Zone and how to request access.
Business Zone has been designed to save you time placing broadband orders, modifying assets and cancelling orders. By showing clear overviews of your orders and giving short cuts into the eCo Plus broadband order journeys, you'll make less clicks, speeding up your process.
All the guides you'll find on this page have been written to help you place orders from Business Zone.
If you have the correct access, when logging in to My BT Wholesale, you'll be taken to the Business Zone overview page.

Once your customer's service has been installed, you can modify various attributes, for example if their requirements have changed since the original order was placed.
